Also, they are interested in YOU as the patient. I feel very comfortable with our conversations as to what I made need down the road. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Shvarts was great — professional, clear, and made her feel comfortable the whole time. She explained things without talking down to her, which my daughter really appreciated.
